The Pratt Home Builders Design Center showcases the essential elements of a home, including but not limited to countertops, tile, plumbing details, hardware and more so you can see, touch and feel inspired as you select the backdrop for your future memores. Our team is dedicated to providing a fun, low-stress experience designed to be the first of many happy memories related to your new construction home.

For builds, future Pratt homeowners will experience three design sessions: interiors, exteriors, and sign-off will be scheduled within 10 days of purchase.

Our in-house design team also curates the finishes for every Market home, so whether you build new or buy a quick-move in home, each new construction home boasts high-quality finishes and professional-grade style.
