We pay our Pratt Realtor Partners a 2% commission on the original purchase price on both Market Homes & Pre-Sale Homes, so you won’t need to negotiate your commission!
There’s no change in the Purchase Price for our customers, whether or not they’re represented by a Buyers Agent like some other builders are now doing.
