Our priority continues to be the health and safety of our homeowners, team members, vendors as well as our broader community. And, in light of global health concerns, we want to assure you that as part of our Pratt community, the wellbeing of you – our valued homeowner – is a top priority.

Like other businesses, we’re carefully following all appropriate safety procedures outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We’ve implemented work-from-home policies, social distancing practices and preventative actions, and measures to enhance cleaning practices at all of our locations.

With keeping this at our forefront, our policy has changed to:

• We will not be able to provide warrantable service repairs on any interior of an occupied home effective immediately and until further notice.
• If you have interior warrantable service repairs scheduled during this time, your Customer Care Technician will be in contact to reschedule those items for a later date.
• We will be focusing on warrantable service repairs on the exterior of homes.
• With an extended date to be given for repairs, this will not affect your warranty expiration date; we will honor your warrantable concerns for the date given to you by your Customer Care Technician.
