Should your home ever have a maintenance issue, Pratt Homes is dedicated to providing top quality responsive service to our residents. 
We believe that residents are the most important part of our business and every Pratt team member is commited to the highest level of service satisfaction.   At Pratt Homes, we do our best to make your home everything you hope it will be. 

All maintenance and repair requests must be submitted in writing via Pratt Connect.  Please click on the link below and enter you log in credentials given to you at move in day by clicking on “Home Buyers/ Owners.”

Emergency Service

Emergency warranty service is available after hours, on weekends and holidays by contacting our Customer Service Department at (423) 267-9917 press #9. An emergency is an item that causes could cause major damage to your home.

These are:

  • Water Leaks
  • No Heat – If outside temperature is expected to be below 50°.
  • No Air Conditioning – If outside temperature is expected to be above 90°.
  • Flooding or broken pipes.
  • Live exposed electrical circuitry or smoke from outlets or fixtures.
  • Leaking Roof.
  • Any other condition that threatens health or safety.
