WDEF DESIGN HOUSE PROMOTION RULES

1.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

2.  One contest winner per household may win one prize valued 100 dollars or greater per 60 days.

3.  One contest winner per household may win one prize valued 99 dollars or less per 60 days.

4.  Participants must be 21 years of age, or older.

5.  Only one entry per person will be allowed.

6.  Contest participants may enter this promotion in either of three ways:

a)    Tour the Design House and register on location (Thursday or Friday 12Noon-7PM or Saturday-Sunday, 1-5PM.  Location of the Sunny Design House(s) are:  3628 Hearthstone Circle, Chattanooga, TN and 9516 Rookwood Circle, Ooltewah, TN 37363.

b)    Watch the online video and complete the online form

c)    Listen to WDEF-FM for the showcase item of the week every Thursday at 7:45 AM, for the announcement of the item of the day in connection with the Sunny Design House Promotion.  Then be caller number 9 at or about 4:45PM to Sunny 92.3 and identify the item given on-air at 7:45 that morning.

7.  By participating in the contest, the winner consents to the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice for promotion and/or advertising purposes in connection with this contest, WDEF and its sponsors.

8.  Odds of winning this contest depend on the number of persons who enter.

9.  In the event that said prize is not available, winner will be provided with substitute prize of approximate equal value of original said prize.

10. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made unless original prize is unavailable.

11. All winners hold Jackson Telecasters, Inc.,  its parent company, officers, directors and employees (WDEF AM/FM) harmless for any injury, illness or malady caused by participating in and/or winning a prize or prizes as part of any contest.

12. WDEF AM/FM employees, their immediate families, and any promotional advertising sponsor(s) are prohibited from winning this contest.

13. The decision of WDEF AM/FM management shall be final, including matters not specifically addressed in these rules.

14. Contests are void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law and are subject to all federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations.

15. WDEF AM/FM is not responsible for mis-dialed or mis-directed telephone numbers.  Furthermore, WDEF AM/FM shall not be held responsible in the event that a contest may not be conducted due to natural or un-natural circumstances.

16. Prizewinners are responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes that apply to said prize.

17. Winner must provide his or her Social Security number and must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Release and Waiver of All Liability against the Station, its sponsors, employees and affiliated companies for any injury or loss which may occur from the contestant’s participation in the contest or from the use of any prize which is awarded.
18. WDEF AM/FM reserves the right to investigate fraudulent claims of winning as well as deny prize awards for violation of any contest rules.

19. All written entries must be legible and must include the contestant's full name, and phone number. WDEF AM/FM and its sponsors are not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, damaged, electronically misdirected, or misdirected in the mail.

20. Registration begins at 12:01Am 8-27-09 and ends at 12:00 Midnight on 11-12-09.

21. The total value of the certificates in this promotion is $7,328 at sponsor locations as shown on the certificates.

22. Prize will be awarded by random drawing from all entries on November 14, 2009 at approximately 5:00PM Eastern Daylight Saving Time.

23. Prize must be claimed by 5pm (eastern) December 14, 2009 at WDEF Radio, 2615 South Broad Street, Chattanooga, TN..

24. Prizes not claimed in accordance with these rules will be forfeited and become property of WDEF.
