Pratt & Associates, unveils its new "Certified Build Now Assurance Plan" today. This new home buyer program provides approved customers with substantial and exclusive services. The Certified Build Now Assurance Program provides approved customers with a comprehensive, discounted array of exclusive services.  The services are provided by Pratt & Associates and are managed for you by a Pratt Certified Sales Professional.

The approved customers will receive a number of exclusive services including:
• Coordination of sale of existing home with closing of new home.
• Discounted listing commision rates.
• Professional home staging by a Pratt Interior Designer.
• Discounts on home repairs and/or improvements.
• Coordination of financing application and approvals.
• Expidited closing.

In addition to the above Pratt & Associates is also extending its "Exclusive Mortgage Assistance Plan" to qualifiers for the Build Now program. The mortgage assistance plan helps if your listed home is not sold by the time your new home is complete and ready to close Pratt & Associates will make the payment for up to six months to help offset your expense. Both plans must be pre-quaified for and are subject to certain other requirements and limitations.
