Warranty Request

Thank you for choosing a Pratt & Associates Home. Our goal is to ensure that you're entirely comfortable with--and comfortable in-your new home. We know you'll fill your new home with many cherished memories. That's why we're committed to delivering you an experience of building a dream not just a home.

Your new Pratt & Associates home comes with a one-year warranty for any problems arising from workmanship or materials, commencing on the date of your closing. In addition to the Pratt & Associates Warranty, many of the products in your new home carry separate or extended warranties; please refer to the owner’s manuals to learn more about each product.

Owning a Pratt & Associates home ensures you a timely response to your warranty requests. Review the following Warranty Guidelines before submitting your service request.

Scheduled Warranty Visits

As part of our commitment to service your home throughout the warranty period, we have instituted scheduled 90 day and 11 month warranty visits. The goal of these visits is to ensure all of your warranty needs are appropriately addressed while at the same time providing you with the comfort of knowing that a Pratt & Associates representative will be there for you both before and after closing.

After submitting your request a Pratt & Associates Customer Service Representative will contact you to evaluate your warranty items. Once the evaluation is complete our Customer Service Representative will coordinate the necessary repair of all warrantable items. It is our goal to address all of your warranty items within a reasonable timeframe. As with any warranty service you or your authorized representative must be present to provide access to the home for service items to be completed.

For Scheduled Warranty Visits submit your request by clicking below. You must have your Homeowner ID and password to access Pratt Connect. Please note, each item must be entered individually to be accepted.

Emergency Service

Emergency warranty service is available after hours, on weekends and holidays by contacting our Warranty Department at (423) 267-9917. An emergency is an item that causes major discomfort or could cause major damage to your home. Generally these are water leaks, no hot water, and no heating/cooling.
