"I love our home. I love everything about it. We came every day when we were building & got to know Denver, our supervisor, & the entire crew. I enjoyed every minute of the building process. And they made it so enjoyable and easy for us at the Pratt Interior Design Center. Joe was not in good health when we moved in. It was a Sunday morning and I discovered our water heater was not working. I called the office & James (Pratt) answered. He came over himself that morning and turned the heater on. We still see James in the neighborhood often checking on things. You don’t see that very much anymore."
