Pratt & Associates Team

At Pratt & Associates, we are committed to making the buying and building process as seamless as possible, and one of the major elements of that effort is to clearly assign roles and responsibilities for your Pratt & Associates team members. It takes hundreds of individuals to build your home however, the following individuals are your key contacts throughout the construction of your new home:

1.  Your Sales Associate is an important contact from the beginning of your Pratt & Associates experience.  Your Sales Associate is there to guide you though the initial decisions and steps needed to own your new home.  They will answer your questions regarding construction practices, features of Pratt and Associates homes as well as all questions related to your purchase agreement and documents.
2. Your Design Consultant will help you personalize your new home in one our Pratt & Associates Design Centers. Their role is to guide you through the different selection phases. They will help you understand and choose between the different products and design options available and ensure your selections are submitted on time.
3. Your Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the actual construction of your home, including work done by Pratt & Associates staff and our professional trade partners. The Project Manager will also retain supervision of the completed home for 90 days after closing.
4. Your Customer Care Representative is responsible for upholding the Pratt Peace of Mind Plan. This person also conducts the 90 day and 11-month warranty follow up, and facilitates any needed repairs on the home during your first year of ownership.
